Talk about good service: At Miami's Gansevoort South hotel, a team of stylists from the in-house CUTLER SOUTH SALON provides complimentary hair-conditioning treatments for guests lounging by the rooftop pool area. The stylist applies a customized Redken treatment to the guest's hair and combs it into a chic bun. After 30 minutes and a quick rinse in the poolside shower, hair is soft, smooth and ready for a night out in South Beach. —A.P.
