Sexy, tousled bed-head hair never seems to go out of style. To get the unkempt look seen in this photo, Roxanne Pugh of O'Hair Salon + Spa in Washington, D.C., applied Wella Koleston Perfect haircolor using a permanent high-lift blond-on-blond technique and Wella Blondor gold highlights over a pale level-11 base. Owner Domenic Cicala cut the model's hair, roughly dried it with a little finger teasing through the top and finished with an application of Bumble and bumble's Styling Crème and Brilliantine products. —N.P.
WHAT'S IN A NAME?
In 1976, three men whose last names started with K, M and S founded the company KMS CALIFORNIA.
