New Faces, New Bases

Sexy Hair announced the addition of Karl-Heinz Pitsch as chief operating officer. Pitsch will focus on the development of the company's marketing and education programs and its international presence.

FHI Heat appointed David Genes as vice president of global sales and Keri Schricker as national sales manager for key accounts. Genes is responsible for directing sales for all segments of the company and for growing full-service distribution nationally. Schricker will focus on growing the company's national and regional accounts, and creating and executing promotions and product launches.

The Professional Beauty Assocation (PBA) appointed Elizabeth Fantetti as membership director. Fantetti will be responsible for the creation and implementation of PBA's membership program, including new member recruitment, member retention and previous member relations.

Keratin Complex by Coppola named Harold Leighton as creative director. He has a long career history in the professional beauty industry as a top British hairstylist, author, inventor, photographer and public relations executive. —N.P.
