SALLY BEAUTY has named Paul Myrich as vice president of real estate and Susan H. Davidson as vice president, marketing. In his new role, Myrich will be responsible for managing and overseeing stores, including new store openings, closing, relocations, lease renewals, construction and store maintenance.

In her new role, Davidson will oversee strategies for advertising, direct mail, database marketing, trade shows and public relations.

ALTERNA PROFESSIONAL HAIRCARE has appointed Marta Rubenstein Harmon as director of corporate accounts. With more than 20 years of experience in the professional beauty industry, she will be responsible for the sales growth, marketing programs and management of all Alterna key accounts, as well as for acquiring new business and growing a chain sales and education team.

CND welcomes Heike Ahlers as regional sales manager for Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. In her new role, Ahlers will manage the Eastern European and Scandinavian distributor accounts and help to further implement global education programs and market-specific promotions.
