    <description>An entrepreneur can be described as a person who is willing to take on a venture or enterprise and
    accept full responsibility for the outcome. As stylists, we are in a unique industry where we have the control to
    determine what direction to take our careers. We need to think of ourselves as entrepreneurs. If we are willing to
    take responsibility there are no limits. This is what drew me to the industry&amp;amp;mdash;no one could block my
    drive or my success. My primary goal was to be the best stylist that I was capable of being. It really wasn't about
    which salon I worked for or with whom I worked. My success was predicated on my ability to bring the client in,
    bring the client back and create raving fans. The harder I worked, the more my income increased. I was in control

    <description>Activist Josh Tickell has been a fan of biodiesel, the alternative fuel made out of vegetable oil, for
    years. In fact, in 1997 he toured the country in a diesel Winnebago that ran on the stuff to spread the word about
    something he believes could end our dependence on foreign oil. People he met along the way as he &amp;#34;gassed
    up&amp;#34; at fast food restaurants willing to part with their cooking grease started calling his vehicle The
    Veggie Van. Now Tickell has directed a documentary called Fuel that won the Best Documentary Audience Award at the
    Sundance Film Festival last year.</description>

    weeks to eight. And while they might not be booking the caviar facial, they're not willing to part with a mani/pedi
